ONLINE EVENT: LEARN THE VALUE OF CESMII INNOVATION CLASS PROJECTS
Last Spring, CESMII launched “Innovation Projects” – a new class of projects to create real-world solutions to manufacturing problems through the use of CESMII Technologies. These agile, manufacturer-centric projects hold significant promise for the Operations side of our manufacturer members and will continue through a rolling process of open project calls.
We invite you to join one of our upcoming educational webinars to learn more about this class of projects, the value for you and how you can participate in future projects.

RPI Team Selected as Finalists in Manufacturing Design Competition
A team of students from the 2019 AMPS Class here at RPI has been selected as a finalist in the ASME 2020 Student Manufacturing Design Competition. This team’s project involved installing and collecting operational manufacturing data from (4) systems: Sandvik, Machine Metrics, Haas Connect, and a homegrown system.  The team performed preliminary data analysis on the collected information to predict process failures. The CESMII NRMC @ RPI and the MILL were sponsors of the project. The project was the foundation for future collaborations between the CESMII SMIC @ RPI, the MILL and the Hearst Digital Manufacturing Lab (HDML). Congratulations!
