Los Angeles, CA – The Clean Energy Smart Manufacturing Innovation Institute (CESMII) is proud to announce the appointment of Andrew Ellis, Vice President of Global Portfolio Engineering at Rockwell Automation, to its esteemed Governance Board.

CESMII, a nationwide institute founded in 2016 as part of the Manufacturing USA network, focuses on accelerating the adoption of smart manufacturing technologies and systems to enable more efficient and sustainable manufacturing processes. As a public-private partnership, CESMII collaborates with industry, academia, and government to drive innovation and competitiveness in the manufacturing sector.

With over two decades of leadership at Rockwell Automation, a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation solutions, Ellis brings with him a wealth of experience, expertise and has been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and fostering partnerships that advance manufacturing technologies.
