Register your interest in Resilient and Flexible Supply Chain Workshop
Biopharmaceutical supply chains are complex, customized for each product, and globally dispersed, leaving the industry vulnerable to disruptions that may prohibit it from delivering medicines to patients. To address these challenges, the industry needs a robust, real-time, digital infrastructure for data exchange across supply networks.
NIIMBL and CESMII, the Smart Manufacturing Institute, have partnered with support from the Gates Foundation to explore developing and implementing a Supply Chain Data Exchange framework leveraging CESMII’s Smart Manufacturing Supply Chain model. To begin the project, we are looking for representatives from large biopharmaceutical companies, suppliers, academia, and other supply chain experts to participate in a 2.5-hour virtual workshop tentatively scheduled for April 11, 2025. From 11:00 am to 1:30 pm ET.
The goal of the workshop is to convene pharma industry leaders to address supply chain resilience. The initial virtual workshop will be followed by a second workshop later in 2025 with subject matter experts based on the use cases identified during the initial workshop. If you would like to participate, complete the interest form. NIIMBL will review interested individuals and send invitations by email during or around the week of March 10, 2025.
Please note: NIIMBL will limit the number of workshop participants to ensure a balanced mix of stakeholder groups and perspectives.
